Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with A11y. Below is our refund policy for each plan type.
Pay-per-scan
Individual scan purchases are non-refundable once the scan has been initiated and results delivered. If a scan fails due to a technical error on our end and no results are returned, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement scan at your choice.
Daily and weekly subscriptions
Daily and weekly plans may be cancelled at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for the next period. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from running scans during your subscription period, contact us within the same billing period for a pro-rated credit.
Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no more than 5 scans have been run. After the 14-day period, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the subscription year.
How to request a refund
Email support@a11y.app with your account email and order reference. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service, or for dissatisfaction with the scan results where the scan completed successfully and results were delivered.
